Ingredients
12 Nice Biscuits
¼ cup of chopped dark chocolate
2 tbsp. fresh cream
2 tbsp. water
1 tsp. orange squash
1 tsp. powdered sugar
Beaten whipped cream
2 tbsp. chocolate vermicelli
Method
For the chocolate truffle
01. Heat the fresh cram on medium flame for 1 minute, in a non-stick pan. Keep stirring continuously.
02. Switch off the flame and add the dark chocolate and combine till the mixture is smooth. Keep the mixture aside to cool for 2 minutes.
How to proceed
01. Dip 4 nice biscuits in above mixture and arrange them vertically on a flat serving plate. Add 2 biscuits each in 2 rows one below the other so that it forms a rectangle.
02. Spread 1 tsp. of the chocolate truffle evenly over each nice biscuit.
03. Repeat steps 1 and 2 to make 2 more layers of biscuits and chocolate truffle on top.
04. Garnish this preparation with swirls of beaten whipped cream and chocolate vermicelli.
05. Refrigerate this preparation for an hour or until it sets.
06. Serve chilled.
